The female op was a E4 or E6 flight checking into the net, the louder male station grossly distorted was a HFGCS ground station, they've been distorted for a few days now.

Jba @1905Z and into sstv.

If this is the pirate station, I suppose they're simply in keeping with their genre of the Charleston era, before Hertz was honored.

"Chris gave you $10 to spend on your first purchase on Massdrop! Sign Up to learn more."

Where else can you find a mod who just gives you a ten spot?

Perhaps the app's coded with a line in the exe that shuts off tx after 5 mins regardless of the option. In that case I'd be looking at dm780 or easypal or some other sstv app.

STALK 51 was/is the callsign for the F16s the pp originator was to meet up with for playtime, assume the originator was a AWACS, JSTARS or refuel mission but who knows. I show STALK XX as valid callsigns for various US F16 wings but no Canadians.

2245Z 17JAN19 Trenton Military in contact with PHENO 06 (unsure of callsign) who is in Sector 4, requests they stand by for antenna rotation.
Still rotating receiver antenna, send dsn number for pp to STALK 51 @2249. "We didn't come out to play today, the F16 does not like moderate icing"

BROAD BEAM and CAKE MIX in pp via station FULLBACK, working out UHF mux channels to burn, RF16 is taken so they settle on RF17 analog, meeting on orderwire for setup.

Notice same here, many locals are way down earlier in the afternoon compared to dx, 880 out of nyc comes in much closer to 5pm instead of 9pm this time of year.

Something to keep in mind is an hour before to an hour after local sunset you might see grayline reception from the far ends of the earth. Also, pretty much any station in darkness can be heard by any other station in darkness, propagation gods smiling. Don't be surprised by unexpected languages hence unexpected dx as you scan the band.
