Some fades but generally very good.  I'm guessing this is Sternradio on a 6966 decimal, best here on 6967.  Thanks for frequency, Nomadiq.

2044 "Incubus" The Electric Hellfire Club, just barely could pull it out of noise
2047 new song but stops and starts, then long pause
2050 Music returns briefly then ID

MW Loggings / CHLO 530 AM Toronto 2314 UTC 17 DEC 2023

Well, ThaDood you were absolutely correct (*See WGR post just before this one.).  Picked up WGR again then turned dial down to night time 250 watt CHLO on 530 AM.  Received with good reception, English service with Subcontinent music.  Air miles about 400 from my qth. 

*ThaDood: Being heard in CT (meaning WGR - my edit), that must be some great GND conductivity, due to the rains, then cold.......I'll bet then, you could pull-in that near Toronto, ON station on 530kHz at 1kW. I, was able to hear that almost everywhere I could hear WGR. (Another very rainy Sunday here, too.)

Hausa service, fair reception - noisy.  This is at least fifth year in row, DW has extended Hausa service on Saturdays to broadcast live Bundesliga action.  Have not been able to ID match yet.

1544 YL and OM on coverage of football match, crowd noise is very loud.

"Hello Dean and thank you for your reception report! It is my pleasure to formally verify your report with the attached e-QSL card. I have also included a full broadcast schedule as well.

This broadcast has been arranged through Jeff White at WRMI, he's worked with other clients (Radio Republica and various Clandestine Broadcasts to Africa) to get them on the air via Issoudun so I figured - how about I ask him about starting a broadcast to Africa via Issoudun and see what happens; and thus, this transmission was born!

I hope you can tune in again next week at the following time and frequency - hopefully reception conditions shall be a bit more cooperative. I'll be broadcasting from Issoudun weekly until mid-February at least. If poor reception persists, I'll be able to increase the power to 250 kW or even 500 kW.

Every Monday at 1900 UTC - 11920 kHz - 100 kW via Issoudun, France "

Very good reception, Turkish service.  Of note because for about 2 minutes, there was nothing but CW transmitted.  Don't recall ever hearing that on a governmental broadcaster, especially nowadays.

I received this email in German shortly after the Dec. 11 broadcast.  The reference to a video was the recording of the song "Radioactivity" from an earlier broadcast on a 1936 Emerson AR176.  English follows original email.

Fair reception - noise/fades, very good at peaks.  English service.  Relay info per eQSL.

I had heard about this new VORW weekly transmission from Issoudun but not the identify of the broadcaster.  On frequency databases, 11920 does not appear in use by a broadcaster.

1901 Suddenly on and program in progress, John talking about Gaza/Israel updates
1909 John continues with mideast conflict talk
1912 Reception frequently under noise floor now, John remains talking
1915 Reception buried by noise
1920 John talking about playing songs then under noise floor again.
