Nice ID of the music, Skipmuck. You are really from New Bedford, right?
I took the station ID off shortwave.info plus it sounded like Amazonia at 2300z, but I never shy from being corrected.
Thanks for sharing. My first introduction to Portuguese/Brazilian music came in Bill Murray's movie "The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou" with Seu Jorge covering several David Bowie songs. They are all on you tube and stuck in my head.
This was my first time hearing them, I will try again tonight.
