Let me try to explain best I can on my 390 on the side of the radio were the volume and tuning knobs are is a 3 way switch fast-fine-lock when I switch it on fast and tune everything is ok the prob is when I switch it to fine it locks so no fine tuning and on lock I don't see the key and when I press mw and lw switch nothing happens can anyone help me please

When turn the knob for the frequencies it s always example 6005 6010 6015 cannot tune the frequencies between 5 10 15 ect and also when I press the meter button it does not do anything mw and lw buttons when I press on them nothing happens
