This is sort of weird.

The French intelligence agency's station, normally sends 4 or 5-letter encoded groups (as I remember it). This time they were sending s-l-o-w speed, IN THE CLEAR, normal French. Slow enough that I could copy it easily (except for the diacritical marks: , , , and the like). Turned on the CW decoder for a record of it and it indicated 7-8 WPM. It turns out that the decoder had the same trouble with the diacritical marks.
