11945 KHZ @ 1505 UTC (1005 CDT Local)  in Tamil.  Instrumental music gave way to O/M narrative  (mentioning "Radio Marti")  then back to music at 15:15 with male vocals.  Back to narrative at 15:19.
 Signal erratic but acceptable.

Lost signal completely @ 20:53.  Signal recovered again at 21:02
