Got a carrier about s6-7 with spurts of music...
2345z male ann...
moderate amount of QRM but still clearly broadcast...

I've had this carrier for days now, if not a few weeks, at random times.  My guess is it is from Asia, perhaps Taiwan or a Chinese jammer?

You also see a huge carrier on 6946.6 at ~s6-7?

From Taiwan - Sound of Hope via Radio Free Asia on 6970 kHz.
I am not able to confirm the above by a ID,but the frequency is listed for the Sound of Hope.

Definitely bits and pieces of audio to hear at 0008 UTC.
