2326 - Music box or chimes on freq
2329 - UNID music on freq
2331 - Either S/Off or faded under the QRM/N

Looks like one and done possibly

Heard someone singing a goofy song offkey. Announcer was heard saying " this is ? Radio ?". It was lost in the noise. Thanks for the show.

0030 seemed to fade abruptly rather than s/off as I could still hear something down near the noise
