Carrier up and music start at 0154 UTC, Feb 15, 2016, on 6949.5 kHz AM.

No ID yet, but at a guess it will be Solar Centric Radio.

Carrier noted here from just before 0153 to 0221. I assume this is Solar Centric, but too weak for any audio.
