11695 AM, 13:45z, 6/10/16. Transmitting from Iranawila, Sri Lanka at 250 kW, 14,751 km away from me. SIO 222 with minor fading. OM and YL speaking, newscast format.

Not a bad catch. I was only looking because I can't hear VOK on 11710 at all which is unusual (I can get the usual terrible copy on 9435, and even their Chinese broadcast at 11735 which is not aimed our way at all).
