Yl in Chinese into om @ 0030Z, dunno if CNR1 jamming effort or Sound of Hope.
Quick fading, s6/7 level in the clear.

My best guess is Sound of Hope Radio Int'l - I've logged them on 11160khz and 11300khz but never on 11170.  But they have been known to jump around like a frog....

Quick flutter fading makes it tough copy in AM but SSB recovers listenable material. Om with nx in Chinese with voice cuts of yl apparently being discussed, 2329Z 15OCT19
