1808 ID by OM? Purposely distorted voice over music. Repeated mentions of mind control.
1822 Looping audio... electromagnetic frequencies can cause disruption... then into music.
1827 OM repeating audio about the CIA, brainwashing.
1837 OM repeating mind control over music.
