Florida was where I was able to pick up BPM on 5 MHz, just on a portable Tecsun receiver. It was early morning when I did, clearly underneath WWV with station ID at the top of the hour plus the time pips on the :29 and :59 seconds which WWV and WWVH omit. I suggest giving it a try while you're there.
Denver, CO.
SDRPlay RSPdx & RSP2pro, Airspy Discovery HF+, Icom IC-7100, Grundig Satellit 750, Realistic DX-300, Tecsun PL-600.
MLA-30 active loop, G5RV dipole.
