Seems to be closer to 6950.4 kHz, S5 signal with moderate fading on NY remote SDRs, S7 or so on PA remote SDR, and S7-S8 on one of the VA remote SDRs.  About the same locally.  Best audio on PA remote at 1510 UTC.  4-5 kHz wide audio

1511 UTC - "United We Stand" track, SIO 433
1512 UTC - OM singing, some fading but comfortable listening level, especially on peaks
1512 UTC - appears to have gone off the air
