Strange YL voice with strange music underneath. It signed on sometime before 0050 but I didn't make a note of it.

Been listening for several minutes via Fair Hill, Maryland, SDR ...

English accent on the voice with repeated music behind it. Strange, slightly horror movie-feel stuff.

0206 UTC: Voice singing "We'll Meet Again," the old Vera Lynn song. Then more talking "Hello, I like to listen to the radio ..."
