2015 - Sounds like the Russian Buzzer noise from Shortwave
2019 - Sounds like a bulldozer and guitars?? - weird stuff
2022 - Russian Buzzer recording again
2026 - Electronica music mixed with  Russian Buzzer

I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. Can't hear this on my receiver, but tuned the Westminster Maryland SDR and I can hear a beat and some heterodyning up and down and music S4 there. 0228, I think I hear an OM talking over spacy music, but it's pretty hard to tell. 0230 repeating something over and over again. 0249 something about "a guy pulling up in a limo and saying I need you to do a favor for me" over and over. 0302, still there.

S5 peaks, noisy copy.  YL repeating 'this is part of the black circle' (or something like that lol)
0236 - still there with ethereal sounding music
0249 - some kind of dialog with the music 'listen i need you to do a big favor for me', dialog is repeating
0258 - still there, but fading into noise
