Letters read at 0349z: NGHIJLMNQUZWXZKRYTTOXABCZEFGHIJL  Not sure I copied them correctly, but I suspect it doesn't matter, they seem more random than an actual encoded message.

Heard off an on until around

No ID, but it sounded like RML.
