I have to listen via WebSDR due to a 20 over S9 noise floor, peaking at 30 over 9.  (With pre-amplifier OFF!)
I can hear it in Charles Town WV on the Icom 706, but can't really listen due to noise.
Even the SDR in PA is choppy, and there is the occasional intermod noise from a Spanish speaking broadcast which I can see across the width of 6.9 to 7.0 MHz on the SDR receiver.
