a ham experimenting in  French or Flemish with lot sof music till 1710 then stopping and talking Poor in GR at 25 dbm SNR but more han 40 in W Europe

These are jammers in the “Echo Charlie” band from France. Not considered a pirate broadcast, moving this to other.

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using a Kenwood TS-570D or RTL-SDR V3 with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 50 feet.
