I've been recording via the Drake R8, but listening on the Magnavox D8443 boombox with the whip down & no external antenna. Sounds good! A few of the songs that I've heard & know are Guess Who "No Sugar Tonight, Def Leppard "Pour Some Sugar on Me," Stones "Brown Sugar," Archies "Sugar, Sugar." Crazy how good it sounds just on the boombox.

Sitting in the backyard with the Sony ICF 2010.
For some reason my phone kicks up EMI on this freq with the Sony ICF 2010. Gotta turn off phone to hear signal on this freq with this phone.

0149z partial ID, bowling pins sounds, something bowling (?) radio, 6960 AM somewhere in the northeast.
