7050 LSB - antenna facing North/East

Signal is weak, but audible.  If I was a Ham I'd probably be annoyed at my spectrum getting used for this tx, but as a swl listener I find it interesting and this is the first time I've been able to hear it directly!  Started listening at 21:30z; around 22:30z signal began to pickup & by 23:00z it was coming in very good.

        There is silence on 3731 LSB.
It is one of the channels of Rurik Radio from Ukraine 7055 + / _ 5.
 Owner Рюрик Станислав on the recording is in front of the MIC since 36'04 " .
The signal strength, its ESSB spectrum and the nature of the information clearly indicate that it is a Rurik Radio transmitter.
