Seemed to come on at 0236 with SSTV which I could not capture.  S4 peaks here, with deep fades to the noise.  Audio hard to come by here.  Trying to listen USB, but there have been a couple of abrupt freq shifts of around 40Hz.

0325 "If I Had a Rocket Launcher"
0335 SSTV sent 3 times, and was continually reset by fading, noise, and strong pesq in the USB; only bits and pieces of
        capture.  Looked similar to SSTV sent previously from Insane Radio?

New report/commentary about the financial crisis at 0309 UTC.  Earlier there were a couple of songs with banjos.  S7 signal in NY.

Hearing this too with a similar situation to the other reports. About S4/S3 noise plus pesques up band.

0315z - heard a male op speaking, but couldn't make out the words
0317z - Sounds like a version of The Who's "Eminence Front"
0327z - S6 peaks with more frequent fades during "If I Had a Rocket Launcher"
0343z - Off.
