Very weak  - unable to pull out any audio. I did hear some slow CW "Radio" at 2114z, so I must've just missed a full ID.
2130z - Ion Radio ID in CW - lot of noise, but the O and N from Ion were clear.
2146z - signal slowly improving as dusk approaches. Bits of audio coming through. SIO 231

I have it with a good signal.  This is a local station (WCNI)  for me.  Doing rebroadcast of the blues show.
2341 drop the audio for a couple of minutes.  Bird Note is a common PSA on the station.
2254, sounds like Dana show.  The station does have a good mix of different types of music.  There are several interesting shows including a very good Polka show.
CT Yankee, the two casinos traffic keeps it open.  The local band the Reducers do have a song about the late night activity in NL, mostly the lack of. 8)
2310, Lonely Boy by The Black Keys
2312, Traffic with Glad
The signal has come up in strength (Excellent).  No audio.
2322 Bruce Springsteen Jungleland
2352, Off after CW ID Ion Radio
