SINPO=12221, with some ute QRM and lots of QRN.
050- Hearing weak music under the noise, but can't ID yet.
053- "American Dream Plan B" by Tom Petty.

SINPO=34433, much improved, but with funky modulation.

00:53 UTC - Unreadable other than a small carrier on the spectrum display at 6931.120 kHz;
01:22 UTC - Still weak barely readable with fading; has now drifted to 6931.460 kHz.

Exact frequency is 6931.46 kHz. S7 with the Raleigh, NC KiwiSDR.

0132 UTC-American Dream Plan B by Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers
0137 UTC-Station ID, doesn’t sound like “Insane Radio” to me
