New York Radio volmet weather station with good signal on 2000 khz USB.  New frequency for them?  Never logged here before on 2000 khz.  Off at 1119z.

I've been hearing this for a few days now. Lots of discussion in DXLD yahoo group. but no explanation of why it's there.
