23:38 UTC - Unreadable and buried in the noise to my location. I can just barely hear some music in there.

Always check for an Adams apple and a five o'clock shadow. That way you won't get any unexpected surprises on your date.

2358 UTC: S3+ if I use the preamp on the R75. Fairly noisy but readable with an unknown song.
I got nothing on the 0007 EasyPal transmission.
The 0009 transmission was better, I got an occasional green light on Time, Frame, and FAC.

Here are your last 4 waterfall images, no appreciable difference in them:

As for your last digital attempt I did get a very occasional green light on the Time and Fram and once (a flicker) on FAC. There was no information received regarding number of segments at all.

Sounds like an alternate version of Zappa's "Cyborg"

Music at 0043z, SINPO 55344. S9+ peaks, Moderate static crashing from area storms, but otherwise, an easy copy with plenty of modulation.

Thanks for the broadcast! :)
