SSTV has been coming in on 27700 USB for a few hours now.

1710 Lots of UK FM CB on their various channels.

Any time I've checked over the past few days, I'm only hearing Italians shouting out loud with their echo boxes. Nothing changes with them. I think they just like the sound of their own voices.
