You can do lot's of stuff with audio processing software. I knew a pirate who accidently screwed up the bit rate of show he was getting ready to air. That 45 minute show lasted about 10 minutes. It sounded like the Chipmunks on meth.

Actual broadcast time was 0128, not 0200.

An interesting slowed down / mixed version of the Itsy Bitsy Spider song. Good signal, SIO 333 to 444.
