0355utc., Feb. 09 (last night), 9.655, Voice of Turkey, female announ., haven't heard this one in a long time, signal strong but usual weak voice as if the announcer needed to be closer to the mike.
1902utc., 15.540, R. Kuwait, though signal very weak distinctly heard female voice "The Prophet Muhammad", can't remember last catching this one.
2243utc., 13.605, All India Radio, excellent signal, music, news at top of hour...signal beginning to degrade.
