2315 UTC Unid YL with spoken word intro to a jazzy swing tune. I have the frequency as 6974.9 AM. Solid above the noise with S7 peaks with light fades amidst light-moderate noise.

Signal started as just an AM carrier here with faint audio and is now copyable. Movie commercials and big band. As the hour progressed, the audio level dropped off again slowly here. Now bare minimum copy. Even with narrowing the bandwidth, the copy at this signal level is annoying. Let's face it, low signal level AM carrier sucks!
