5/3/09 - Second catch today of Derby Shortwave, with all-Kentucky theme.

0424-0439z: Bugle call, "Old Kentucky Home" (repeated at end of show), ID's just barely audible, "Derby Shortwave is on the air..." rest unintelligible due to t-storm crashes.
SINPO - 24332, weak but steady thru moderate regional t-storm noise
