Noted 27515 LSB active with Caribbean stations, some of the UK FM channels starting to wake up.




28000 FM - 28.000 MHz FM - German language chatter, some QRM from CW signals (after all, they're right on the bottom edge of the 10 meter band!
27995 USB - 27.995 MHz USB - French language chatter
27995 FM - 27.995 MHz FM - FM signals noted - with tell-tale roger beep end of transmission
27991 FM - 27.991 MHz FM UK FM CB Channel 40 27.99125 MHz FM - "across the green" "can't catch that" "man, that greeen!"
27921 FM - 27.921 MHz FM UK FM CB Channel 33 27.92125 MHz FM - UK CB chatter, similar to whats heard on 27.781 FM, 27.991 FM, etc.
27920 USB - 27.920 MHz USB - French language
27905 USB - 27.905 MHz USB - French language, very good signals
27881 FM - 27.881 MHz FM UK FM CB Channel 29 27.88125 MHz FM - Another dead air carrier, but strong signal, fading back down as of 1329 UTC

I've been getting SSTV for about the past hour here. Not nearly as much activity as the past few days, but often the middle of the weak is slow. For the first time here Downunder hearing Mexican or South American voices on 27.695 LSB in our midday and early afternoon.

27.695 LSB and USB are good spots to check.

27.655 MHz to 27.715 MHz (5 kHz steps, LSB and USB, mostly USB...27.665 USB and 27.695 USB/LSB are big ones)
