Band is already open this morning, noting lots of SSB activity above CB Channel 40, also the beginnings of the pagers (26 MHz and 27 MHz) and data links.  Some FM signals starting to appear on 27.781 MHz, 27.801 MHz and 27.881 MHz (all UK FM CB frequencies) at 1230 UTC.
