Heard this for the first time via Utah SDR, approx 0230z until signoff, 7475. Weak signal but low noise so it was audible. Just a carrier via my home receiver.

Not what I was expecting. For some reason I thought these were relays of an old parody station from the 1990s-early 2000s. This YHWH is either serious or the humor is drier than the desert from whence it sprang.
