At noise floor
1945 SSTV? to siren sound, OM talking
1949 Bits and pieces of OM talking in/out noise
1958 Reception better, sounds like skit but very noisy
2000 Dramatic music OM "Here's the problem...."
2003 "Come here, give me a hand...." good reception now, noise abating
2005 Off?

1951 Weak audio heard, OM speaking? Signal is good, so could be low modulation.

(No SSTV at 1945, there was an ALE burst on an adjacent frequency)
