Rave On Radio - 6925usb - 0155z 23-Mar-2013
« on: March 23, 2013, 0204 UTC »
Rave On Radio in and out here peaking above the noise at S6

0155z The Who - Can You See The Real Me?  (from Quadrophenia)
0201z More Who - Love, Reign O'er Me  (also from Quadrophenia)
0204z Rave On Radio ID
0205z, 0208z More Who
0212z Rave On ID, still down in the junk with some pesky qrm to make things more difficult
0213z Continuing with Who tunes

I'm guessing this is a Who/Quadrophenia show - I only know a few tunes from the album and too much junk on frequency for Shazam to ID anything.

0221z ID ("What's so funny about Peace, Love, and Understanding?", "We aim to please")
0224z The Who - Is It In My Head (via some googling  :-X, more Quadrophenia)
0231z The Who - I've Had Enough

0231z Loud pesky QSO starting up... good, just a brief one

0234z Signing off

Weaker than normal here, with Who songs.  Multiple ID's @ 0212 "We're glad you caught us".  Lot's of peskie qrm.
I hope they replay this one sometime with better conditions....  Mostly S4, peskies are mostly S5.

Been struggling to hear this.  It's right down at an active noise floor (some power line issues tonight).  Occasional music pop-ups above the noise and very persistent SS pesks.  Solid ID at 0212.

0220 IDs, "What's so funny about peace, love, and understanding"
0228 Big S9+5 carrier just came on 6925.06.  It went off after 2 mins and then the EE fishermen started up.
0233 ID, then poss ment of shutting down, thanks to all for listening

Thank you ROR!

Good ID @ 02:12.  Been playing some great tunes by the WHO.  Signal is S5 right above the noise.  Hard to hear during the fades

SDR recording catch, looks like an 0151z sign on. Not too strong here, an S unit or two above the noise floor.

Thanks for the show!
