Radio GA-GA low power test show 6925 USB
« on: May 14, 2009, 0048 UTC »
5/14/09, 6925 USB - I didn't actually catch an ID, but my signal report was confirmed by the station operator as Radio GA-GA running a 5 watt PEP test transmission.
0010 UTC: Music, mostly barely audible except for Simon & Garfunkle "Sound of Silence"
0015z: SSTV with "Danger, beware of the pirate radio operator"
SINPO - 24222, signal just strong enough through usual daytime static to copy familiar material
(N. Central TX - Palstar R30C on indoor fugloop antenna)

SSTV run through Noise Ninja which desaturated color but clarified the text.

That li'l ol' DXer from Texas
Unpleasant Frequencies Crew
Al: Palstar R30C & various antennae
Snoopy: Sony ICF-2010
Roger: Magnavox D2935
(Off-air recordings.)
