PPVR 6925 USB 0230 UTC 3-28-13

ID sung at 03:30 followed by buzzing sounding music?  S5 signal.  Id again and talking at 03:34  Nice loud ID at 03:56.  Signal is right above the noise floor but bursts through ever now and then like they are testing.

0351 Z Now that you posted, I can hear something but they are right there with the noise. Are you still hearing them?
0355z, can hear something still but I can't make it out. Sorry.
0400z, I heard a PPVR ID and I think they signed off.

The signal seems to come & go heard ID at 3:59z "I've gotta P...PPVR radio..."

Signed on at 0230z with some music, S9 signal.
Sung ID at 0234z

RML heard at 0243z

PPVR again at 0247z with the same song as 0230z
And again at 0253z
0305z ID and then some music
0312z ID and more music.
Much more activity now through about 0400z
