WLOU Harmonic or Spur 1740 FM 0230 UTC 28 DEC 2022

I've been hearing this most nights in Michigan.  Seems to be a spur or some kind of harmonic of 1350 WLOU Louisville, KY. (soul music format) that's appearing on 1740 kHz FM.  Anyone else hearing this?
