2230 UTC-Rebroadcast of 6925 USB (same music and same tinny sound)
2231 UTC-OFF
2235 UTC-ON
2235 UTC-Unknown Music
2240 UTC-OFF
2300 UTC-Has been on several times since 2240 UTC for only a few seconds each

Songs are identified with Shazam if needed. I usually use KiwiSDR receivers. Reception from my QTH is using an SDRPlay RSP1A for SWL with a 40 meter band Inverted V at 40 feet. Kenwood TS-570D for ham use.

S6-7  SIO 333  SINPO 34333 seems to be on then off

2237 UNID music

6921.1:

2257  M w/ID, counting, and ment of test.  ID sounded like "Pelee Island Broadcasting System".
2302  Same as above

6917:

2303  Popped up on this freq w/same M giving ID and said "This is the Pelee Island Broadcasting System performing a test.  This is the Pelee Island Broadcasting System ??? radio.  We are ?? Islands.  We're almost done for the year.  So if you want to come get me....".

Fair signal and clear.  Thanks to others for correct ID.
