Recorder Catch on 6925USB

Came on 0500 with ID "You are listening to TurtleHead Radio, the Voice of the Mentally Handicapped".  Big blob of local noise moved in and obscured most of the show, but music was heard at several points.  Ended with SSTV which was above the noise.
