Voice of Korea in English with YL hosting. Switch to  somewhat classical music  (not the normal military marching stuff) @ 15:29.  Vocal music at 15:38, only song whose title I could decipher:

(17 Jan 23 15:18 utc)  33233 with strange tubular bells music until 15:25 with a song with YL vocals.
