Two Dog Radio 6930 USB 0127 UTC 23 JAN 2023
« on: January 23, 2023, 0128 UTC »
mx and no ID so far at 0127
blues mx
15222
mx: "Setting Sun" - BLP Brian Lucas Project
0137: "I'm Done Crying" - Robert Cray. I remember seeing him on Johhny Carson show like 40-50 years ago. I was amazed at his technique. Don't remember the sx. Think it was his 1st national exposure.
0148: back on air after about 10 minutes silence with "It's My Life Baby" - Johnny Winter
0152: more blues
0203: "Diablo Boogie" - Michael Katon, interrupted by SSTV at 0205, then back to mx

Thank you for the show - just wish I could hear it better.

Drake R8, Kenwood R-2000, Panasonic RF-4900, Sony 2010, Realistic DX440, Grundig Satellit 500, 7mhz backyard dipole, Mt Prospect, IL 20miles (32km) NW of downtown Chicago. I have been using online receivers because of strong data hash interference in my neighborhood that I believe is caused by Uverse squeezing up to 100mb/sec through ordinary pairs of wires. I don't have Uverse but neighbors do. williamhassig@yahoo.com

Nice Signals on the Maurice, LA. Kiwi and the Forney, TX, Kiwi. It's the first time I've tried either. The one in Maurice is more quiet, but the one in Forney has much more gain. These could be go to Kiwi's when the band goes long instead of the ones in the Far West.
