I have these Portuguese language chats on 6925 kHz LSB here too, prob. Brazil, looks not
like real utility, more like some illegal operations by "chat pirates".
Have logged them at least two times over the last weeks, seems to be their meeting point.

Some of them are fisherman and truckers,others would probably be smugglers and the guys who hijack them.

You have to understand the both Caribbean and Pacific coasts of Central America are long existing,major corridors for cocaine smuggling into the United States. Hijacking smuggling boats is a thriving business in Nicaragua and Honduras.

Whoever they are,at my location,they're a nightly fixture in that range and have been for years.
