0200 using the Sigma SDR (CT/MA border), hearing faint music. Definitely AM signal at this frequency. Nice catch, circuitmike. Though I suppose it could be the fifth harmonic of 1600? Might be worth listening for legit station ID.

0219 UTC I have a weak carrier here but no trace of audio
(Brazilian pirate Radio Casa has been know to use this frequency, but nothing is certain)
0230 UTC Still no definite audio heard
The station can be heard on this Brazilian online SDR: http://pardinho.kiwisdr.com.br:8073/
Sadly, I can't hear it directly  :(
I'm going to move it to Latin American Pirates

Great catch circuitmike!

Interesting. I've got a strong signal on this Brazilian kiwi SDR at that frequency: http://pardinho.kiwisdr.com.br:8073/

Attempting to compare audio with that received at Sigma SDR (http://sigmasdr.ddns.net:8073/) but audio is almost nonexistent there, and no other online SDR, even those close to Sigma's, has even as much as his rx does.
