1430 UTC tune in, 1455 tune out. - lots of Asian fishing fleet radio comms (27.5 MHz - 39.475 MHz 25 kHz spacing for 480 channels, FM mode, carrier squelch).  Apparently an "export" variant exists that narrows the channel spacing from 25 kHz to 12.5 kHz.
