Fair reception with many fades, very good at peaks, Italian service

1830 Combination of Middle Eastern music and YL speaking in Italian
1837 OM with chant like music, as in call to prayer. (Although call to prayer over for day in Cairo)
1841 Faint middle eastern instrumental music
1842 YL in Italian

Very good reception, French service - some over modulation

2030 Time pips, IS, to OM in French
2040 Music transitions that YL speaks over
2046 YL continues talking, frequently over instrumental music snippets
2053 OM talking with YL, modulation getting worse

Just by the languages they were using, perhaps the call for prayer was intended for Western Europe and Northwest Africa?

Good to see they reverted to their standard modulation quality as the day progressed.
