Now that I copied "RDL" was able to find this thread, CIS NAVY mentioning the same frequency, RTTY and RDL identification in FSK CW.

https://www.hfunderground.com/board/index.php/topic,54528.msg349879.html#msg349879

Sorry for the confusion, could not find anything until I got "RDL" to search on.

For what it's worth, I'm picking it up here in western Massachusetts loud and clear right now.
QTH: Western Massachusetts (FN32rp)
Receiver: KiwiSDR (on-site)
Antenna: Wellbrook ALA-1530LN loop

Caught RDL this evening with its full FSK CW message. 13558.00 KHz 02NOV23 01:25z Airspy HF+ Discovery 60ft SE/NW longwire.

This is what I copy after the rather shaky "AUUU.." at the beginning:  RDL RDL RDL 86917 96701 86917 96701 86917 96701 K

RDL quite strong here this morning and splattering multiple images of itself across the 22 meter band. 13558.00 KHz 07JUN24 13:38z

Pauses for about 10 seconds then comes back with FSK CW and back to RTTY
