UNID station, weak to North America, technic-type music.  No ID to 0212.

S3, fading modulation.

Now a male ID at 0213, cannot understand it.  More music.

Possibly Lightning Radio from Hungary http://lightningradio.co.nr/

At this time, they normally are relaying Flex FM, a London based pirate which broadcasts on 99.7 MHz http://www.flexfm.co.uk/

If this is who you heard, it is an excellent catch.

At about 0215, there was a lot of talk with British accent.  I just couldn't make it out very well.  Your info is probably spot on, thanks for the help.
