Radio Vostochnaya Zvezda 7320 AM 0145 UTC 3 APR 2023

I've followed Vostochnaya Zvezda since the 4015 USB days.  It's never an easy catch into Masset, BC, but it's been interesting with the various modes employed.  Presently in AM (I think) with an S4 signal into Masset at 01:45 UTC April 3rd.  Music is playing very weakly.  Best using side band.  A number of eQSLs have been reported.  I'd love to receive one.  Best heard using a 290 deg DKAZ antenna, off the back end, feeding my Perseus SDR.  I've recorded the program.  I don't recognize any of the pieces, so presumably Russian ballads.  Very EZL ones at 01:49 (as I type this).
Improving markedly as we approach LSS,still a good hour or more away.  An instrumental version of, "It Never Rains in California" at 02:16 UTC.  Good reception now into Masset.

Heard here near Seattle with the old Radio Moscow IS (My old brain thinks it was Radio Moscow, at least) between songs at 0154 UTC. It's just above the noise level here and heard best at present in USB.

April 3, I was listening from 0625 to 0655 UT, to Radio Vostochnaya Zvezda (Radio Eastern Star), on 7320 AM;
very pleasant listening to mostly Russian songs, but also some instrumental music. Is wonderful that the station
occasionally plays an old Russian IS.
